Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules including ITSM CSM HRSD and custom applications.
Customize ServiceNow forms workflows business rules client scripts UI policies and integrations.
Collaborate with business analysts and architects to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.
Ensure code quality through peer reviews unit testing and adherence to development standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
Requirements
Required Skills:
4-6 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript Glide API and ServiceNow Studio.
Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM CSM or HRSD.
Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations and ServiceNow IntegrationHub.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Implementation Specialist certifications preferred.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
Desired Skills
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing in ServiceNow.
Exposure to global or enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
