Signia by Hilton La Cantera is looking for a Supervisor to join their Recreation team!

The ideal candidate is a high-energy adaptable professional with at least two years of customer service experience who thrives in a fast-paced hands-on environment and effortlessly balances professionalism with a fun guest-focused presence. They are dependable detail-oriented and calm under pressure with a genuine passion for teamwork clear communication and creating exceptional experiences for every guest.
What Will I Be Doing
As the Recreation Supervisor you would be responsible for the supervision and implementation of resort activities and recreation programs operations facilities inventories guest service hiring and training including:
Supervise and lead recreation staff across all outlets ensuring policy compliance performance accountability and strong team morale
Oversee daily operations of all recreation offerings including Kids Club pools crafts activities retail holiday and group events
Recruit interview train schedule and manage staff including timekeeping and payroll oversight
Design implement and execute engaging recreation programs with a strong focus on childrens activities and guest experience
Ensure all standard operating procedures safety standards and cleanliness expectations are consistently met
Manage retail operations for the Swim & Play (Pool) Shop including inventory control and merchandise ordering
Handle guest inquiries concerns and issue resolution promptly to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
Coordinate group and special event activities in partnership with meeting planners and resort stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally with resort departments to promote awareness of recreation programs and events
Communicate key departmental updates incidents and operational needs to the Director of Wellness & Recreation
Maintain and publish accurate recreation activity information through resort communication channels
Present and facilitate activities confidently for small and large guest groups
Uphold a professional presence while actively promoting resort amenities and enhancing the overall guest experience
