Sheehy Auto Stores is looking to hireBDC Associates! As an BDC Associate you will be directly responsible for monitoring and following up with service customer contactsreceived via the Internet phone and visits to the dealership. Outstanding customer service organization and follow-through are required. We are looking for candidates with good people skills a strong work ethic and a commitment to customer service. We would like you to be part of our future growth!

Responsibilities
- Managing customer inquiries responding to inquiries in a timely fashion and answering questions
- Follow up withsutomers and return voicemails and messages to answer customers questions
- Setting appointments for customers
- Clearly and professionally document all customer feedback and information in
Requirements
- Ability to professionally and positively interact with customers via phone and email
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of a department or business goal
- Must be able to read write and type reports/correspondence.
- Customer service sales or telemarketing background helpful
- Excellent oral written and interpersonal communication skills
- A positive attitudean exceptional work ethic and a willingness to learn
- Computer literacy organization skills follow-up skills typing skills
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening MVR and drug test
- Must have a valid drivers license
