Job Summary
The Digital Inventory Manager is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date vehicle inventory across internal systems and online platforms. This role requires basic vehicle knowledge strong attention to detail and the ability to work with computer-based inventory and listing systems. No education is required; training will be provided

Key Responsibilities
- Enter update and manage vehicle inventory in digital systems
- Ensure vehicle information (year make model VIN mileage pricing features) is accurate and current
- Upload and maintain vehicle listings on company websites and third-party platforms
- Monitor inventory status and make timely updates as vehicles are added sold or transferred
- Coordinate with sales service and management to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Organize and manage vehicle photos and documentation
- Perform routine audits to ensure data accuracy
- Follow company procedures for inventory control and data management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of vehicles (makes models trims and features)
- Basic computer skills (data entry email web-based systems)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
- Reliable and self-motivated with minimal supervision
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience with inventory software or dealership management systems
- Familiarity with online vehicle listings or digital marketing platforms
Education & Experience
- No education required
- Prior inventory data entry or automotive-related experience is helpful but not required
Work Environment
- May require sitting standing and light physical activity
