This important role is for fitness professionals comfortable meeting new people assessing their needs and confidently making offers to join our programs. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling money communicates clearly and often may have sales experience is self-motivated and thrives in a client-facing environment. As a Master Trainer at GYMGUYZ you are the primary point of contact for new and existing clients. You will perform complimentary in-home fitness assessments sell personal training packages deliver high-quality training sessions and support local efforts that help grow the business. This mobile role requires professionalism confidence and independence. You will be trusted to represent the brand throughout Chester Montgomery and Delaware Counties.
Responsibilities
Conduct complimentary in-home fitness assessments and sell personal training packages
Deliver safe effective and engaging in-home training sessions
Build strong client relationships focused on results accountability and retention
Participate in field marketing and community outreach
Represent the GYMGUYZ brand professionally while driving the territory
Manage schedule and appointments independently
Support future team growth as the business expands

Qualifications
Personal Trainer Certification (CPT/CPR) from an accredited organization or obtain within 60 days of hire
Experience in personal training or a strong foundation in fitness
Comfort with sales conversations and closing during assessments
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Availability for some evenings and weekends
