Daily Tasks:
- Preparation of high-quality food items according to standardized recipes or instructions in an efficient manner in order to meet production delivery and service schedules.
- Serve meals or prepare for delivery at times using correct portioning meeting outlined standards and ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty. Taste all food items prepared.
- Must be able to follow HACCP for correct food handling and production.
- Participates in the coordination and supervision of food production and dining areas as assigned.
- Always ensuring the cleanliness of kitchen utensils and tools
- Properly stores foods in designated areas following all corporate State and Federal food safety and sanitation procedures
- Adheres to SPHPs Code of conduct
What Were Looking For:
- Experience in high-volume kitchens.
- Ability to adhere to changes in the kitchen process and procedure based on daily requirements and department needs
- Passion for high-quality food and teamwork.
- Positive attitude and commitment to excellence.
- Food service and customer service experience is preferred
- Culinary Degree or accredited culinary course preferred
- Ability to read and write English on at a minimum 6th grade level

Pay Range: 17.25-25.00
Pay is based on experience skills and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
