Key job responsibilities
- Drive strategic vision for AI-enabled transformation across global delivery processes
- Identify and implement process optimization automation and AI integration opportunities
- Develop AI-powered tools that augment delivery capabilities with cross-functional teams
- Establish metrics and analyze data to measure transformation effectiveness
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of delivery transformation experts
- Present transformation roadmaps and results to executive leadership

AWS Professional Services helps enterprise customers realize their desired business outcomes when using AWS. Our team provides expertise in cloud architecture migration application development security and operations to accelerate customers cloud transformation journey. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about innovation continuous improvement and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Math or a related field
- 10 years of IT and/or Management Consulting experience
- 5 years of senior leadership experience
- Experience with AI/ML technologies
- Experience coordinating and leading large-scale Digital or Global IT Transformation initiatives

- Experience with AWS Azure or Google Cloud technology
- Experience in project management including resource planning managing schedules reporting project status and prioritizing tasks
- Experience managing P&L
- Experience building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives IT and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent
- Advanced technology degree or AWS Professional level certifications (e.g. Solutions Architect Professional DevOps Engineer Professional) preferred
- Sales and negotiation skills for opportunity capture and proposal development

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
