The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Advisory Quality Consulting team you lead the end-to-end Quality for PwCs Advisory practice driving delivery excellence and risk governance across engagements. As a Senior Manager you serve as a strategic advisor leveraging your specialized knowledge to build trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders while motivating and coaching others to solve complex problems. This role offers the chance to innovate processes enhance operational excellence and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee enterprise risk management projects

- Develop and implement innovative risk assessment strategies

- Collaborate with clients to identify and mitigate potential risks

- Guide teams through complex problem-solving scenarios

- Foster a culture of operational excellence and accountability

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

- Provide mentorship and coaching to team members

- Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes

What You Must Have

- Bachelors Degree

- 10 years of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required
