Description of Work

This position will provide professional and consultative work by performing a variety of services to meet the Cherry Hospitals organizational and professional development training needs. Work involves preparation and development of training programs lesson plans and training materials; identifying training and development objectives; providing classroom and computer-based training. The candidate should have the ability to evaluate and revise training programs as needed. The training responsibilities for this position include New Teammate Orientation American Heart Association CPR and other courses identified by the Staff Development Director or Hospital administration.
