ABM Industries is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tool Install Lead Admin to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Samsung Tool Install team at the Taylor Semiconductor Facility. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations coordinating documentation and supporting project teams with logistical and clerical tasks.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to Tool Install leadership and project teams.
- Coordinate meetings prepare agendas and document minutes.
- Manage and organize project documentation including RFIs submittals and change orders.
- Assist with onboarding and access control for new team members and subcontractors.
- Maintain office supplies equipment and general workspace organization.
- Support scheduling travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external vendors.
- Entering and auditing timekeeping data managing timesheets and preparing payroll reports.
- Compiling required documentation verifying data accuracy and supporting billing-related reporting
Qualifications- Associates degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field.
- 3 years of administrative experience preferably in construction or technical environments.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
- Experience with project management tools such as Procore or Bluebeam is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- OSHA 10 certification preferred.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
