• Lead the development deployment and maintenance of efficient IT solutions supporting worldwide staff business (Finance Procurement Facilities Legal Communications) processes.

• Empower the team by implementing new functionalities tools and technologies with existing applications ensuring seamless integration to support a large user base (1000 users) across multiple platforms.

Make a difference as Senior Functional Application Specialist:

As the lead for up-to-date and efficient process and applications adoption you will represent the Staff Application IT team as a senior and early adopter taking ownership of implementing new solutions. Furthermore you:

• Prioritize and give guidance to colleagues and suppliers regarding technology and major changes within a wide-broad of staff processes with emphasis on Finance and Procurement.

• Lead our IT and business specialists to embrace and leverage technical capabilities in data processing by using (low) code integration automation and AI to enhance productivity streamline processes and drive overall efficiency.

• Actively participate in functional design coding and problem-solving while guiding and mentoring our experts to deliver high-quality results.

• Collaborate with global key stakeholders including IT teams department heads and executive sponsors to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.

The Staff Application IT team is accountable for the efficient operation of the worldwide staff applications. Ensuring system stability and user enablement by incident management change requests training and leading the design and implementation of new functionalities tools and technologies. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across IT and the business to manage change effectively while maintaining daily operations.

What you bring as a future colleague

• You have at least a Bachelors degree. This can be in Business IT Finance or related field

• You have in-depth functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Finance Procurement modules)

• You have technical affinity and interest at least a basic understanding of integrations and data migration.

• You have a Continuous Improvement mindset and basic understanding of Power Platform (Power Automate Power Apps)

• You have minimum 5 years of experience in D365 F&O

• You are a proactive professional with excellent communication and analytical skills tailored to user needs.

• You excel in global cross-functional teamwork and align with with working based on Scrum and Agile is a plus.
