Job Summary

Position Description:

Role: Salesforce Customer Feedback Consultant
Experience: 4 Years
TKey Responsibilities

Discovery and Analysis: Conduct a thorough analysis of the existing Qualtrics implementation including survey design data models question types logic and integration points. (What is there in Qualtrics to be analysed)
Solution Design & Mapping: Design the future-state solution within the Salesforce Customer Feedback module mapping all existing Qualtrics functionalities to their Salesforce equivalents and identifying any gaps.
Hands-On Implementation: Lead the configuration and build of all required components within Salesforce including creating surveys setting up data mappings and configuring automated feedback requests.
Data Migration Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive data migration plan to move historical survey data from Qualtrics to Salesforce ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Integration and Testing: Ensure the new Salesforce Customer Feedback module integrates seamlessly with existing business processes within Sales Cloud or Service Cloud. Perform rigorous end-to-end testing to validate functionality.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements demonstrate progress through regular showcases and ensure the final solution meets their needs for collecting customer feedback.
Documentation and Handover: Create detailed technical and functional documentation for the new solution and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to ensure a smooth handover to the internal Airbus team upon project completion.


Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
4 years of professional experience in IT with a significant focus on Salesforce platform implementation and configuration with a special focus on Salesforce Customer Feedback module.

Primary Skills (Must-Have)
This role requires a unique blend of skills. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in both platforms especially in the Salesforce Customer Feedback module.

Qualtrics Expertise: Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the Qualtrics platform including survey building advanced logic data structure and reporting. Experience with Qualtrics administration and integration is highly preferred.
Salesforce Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with the Salesforce Customer Feedback module or Salesforce Surveys. Strong proficiency in Salesforce data modeling data migration techniques and tools (e.g. Data Loader). Expertise in Salesforce automation tools particularly Flows to orchestrate the feedback process. Solid understanding of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud processes.

Key Skills to be part of the Candidate Profile:

Advanced proficiency in data modeling data migration projects and complex Flow automation.
A strong analytical mindset and a proven ability to learn new technologies quickly.
A clear willingness and aptitude to rapidly master the Salesforce Customer Feedback module.

Good to Have Skills:

Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
Any Salesforce certifications (e.g. Administrator Platform App Builder Sales/Service Cloud Consultant).
Advanced level of English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
