Your New Role and Responsibilities
The Operations Enablement Lead is a leadership role within the Business Operations team responsible for overseeing and supporting the Procurement Information Management Compliance and Risk & Issues teams. This role will provide strategic direction and operational support to functional leads ensuring that best practice standards and continuous improvement initiatives are consistently applied across these core business areas. The Operations Enablement Lead will collaborate closely with the Program Enablement function to ensure seamless alignment and continuity between operations and project delivery.
This role presents an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing DDM operational support capabilities working collaboratively with key stakeholders to achieve sharedobjectivesand support ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the Procurement Information Management Compliance and Risk & Issues teams fostering a collaborative highperforming and solutionsfocused culture.
Partner with Program Enablement to develop and implement reporting standards policies and procedures that drive operational efficiency and project success.
Support the Head of Business Operations with team coordination strategic planning delivery of business objectives and quality assurance activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen operational processes risk management and compliance frameworks.
Champion innovation professionalism and excellence in service delivery through effective stakeholder collaboration and knowledge sharing.
About You and What Youll Bring
Proven leadership experience in operations business support or a related function with the ability to lead and develop diverse highperforming teams.
Strong understanding of or willingness to develop indepth knowledge across procurement information management compliance and risk management functions.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to tailor messages effectively across internal and external audiences.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement operational excellence and delivering positive organisational outcomes.
Positive forwardthinking and solutionsoriented mindset with a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive and highperforming workplace culture.
This role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and hold a NV-2 level security clearance. If you currently hold an active NV-1 and can upgrade you will also be considered.
