Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek is looking for a Coffee Shop Supervisor to join their dynamic Food and Beverage team for their outlet called Muse! This one-of-a-kind property boasts 12 different dining options over 1000 guest rooms 231000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space with 3 ballrooms 34 meeting rooms 2 dedicated boardrooms and unique outdoor spaces.
The ideal candidate will ideally hold comparable experience as a Supervisor in a hotel setting has a strong customer service background with excellent multitasking skill and has a great personality. Experience within a fast-paced environment is highly preferred. We are looking for someone with a who is ready to assist our guests with anything that may arise.
Shift Pattern: Full availability with schedules weekends and holidays as needed.
Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour.

What will I be doing
As a Restaurant Supervisor you would be responsible for assisting management in the direction and administration of a restaurant in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Supervise support schedule assign daily work inform and train team members in all restaurant activities and operations
- Monitor observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
- Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
- Ensure compliance with health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
- Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
