Job Description:
As an early hire on the B2B GTM team you will build the companys venture capital partnership channel from the ground up. You will turn nascent relationships with top-tier VCs into a predictable engine for customer acquisition managing everything from high-level strategy to executing in-person events and founder introductions.

What you will do:

• Build and manage the end-to-end VC partnership motion from initial targeting to signing and activation.

• Design and execute an in-person events engine that brings founders and talent leaders into the ecosystem.

• Systematize successful tactics into a repeatable global playbook while owning top-of-funnel and revenue metrics.

• Proven experience in high-growth GTM environments with a track record of building channels from scratch.

• Exceptional communicator capable of building high-trust relationships with VC platform teams and startup founders.

• Relentless operator who thrives in an in-person fast-paced environment and moves with extreme speed.
