Job Title
Senior Project ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Project/Program Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in leading and overseeing complex IT programs ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in program management a deep understanding of IT systems and processes and a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning execution and delivery of multiple IT programs ensuring alignment with strategic goals and organizational objectives.
- Develop and manage program budgets schedules and resources effectively communicating program status to stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program scope objectives and deliverables ensuring clarity and commitment from project stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle implementing proactive measures to address potential issues.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners facilitating effective collaboration and communication.
- Monitor program performance analyzing key metrics and making recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the IT department encouraging the adoption of best practices and emerging technologies.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members fostering their professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field; PMP PgMP or similar certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT program management with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies tools and techniques as well as IT systems and infrastructure.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.
