We are seeking a highly skilled OT Networking Engineer with deep expertise in
Fortinet technologies to join our manufacturing organization. This role focuses
and maintaining secure LAN LAN infrastructureOperational Technology (OT) environments including SCADA systemsindustrial control systems (ICS) OSI PI data historians and Clarotycybersecurity solutions (xDome and SRA). The ideal candidate will also manageprojects provide accurate and ensure ensure complianceindustrial cybersecurity standards
Essential Job Functions:
- Design and deploy Fortinet-based solutions (FortiGate FortiSwitch FortiManager FortiAnalyzer) for OT environments.
- Integrate OT systems such as PLCs and SCADA with enterprise IT networks securely.
- Configure and maintain firewalls VPNs and SD-WAN solutions to protect manufacturing operations.
- Implement and manage Claroty xDome for asset visibility and risk management.
- Configure and maintain Claroty SRA for secure remote access to OT systems.
- Monitor network performance and security posture across production facilities.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and ensure compliance with industrial cybersecurity standards.
- Develop and enforce network segmentation strategies to protect critical manufacturing assets.
- Provide accurate budget estimates for network projects and manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with IT OT and cybersecurity teams to align network strategies with business objectives.
- Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations security policies and project plans.
- Troubleshoot network issues impacting production and provide timely support.

Qualifications & Experience:
5 years of experience in LAN network engineering within OT environments.
Hands-on experience with Fortinet technologies (FortiGate FortiManager FortiAnalyzer)
Strong knowledge of SCADA systems and OSI PI data historians
Experience with Claroty xDome and Claroty SRA solutions
Proficiency in TCP/IP VLANs routing NAT and network segmentation.
Ability to manage projects provide budget estimates and deliver on time.
Fortinet NSE4 or higher certification preferred.
Knowledge of industrial cybersecurity frameworks (NIST IEC 62443).
Familiarity with other security products (Palo Alto Cisco ASA).
Experience with network monitoring tools and automation.
Understanding of manufacturing processes and OT risk management.
