Connected Commerce Manager

As a key member of the NA Marketing team the Connected Commerce Manager leads the development and execution of digital commerce strategiesincluding retail search excellence retail media and shopper marketingfor priority retailers. This role drives growth by delivering data-driven strategies and activations that maximize digital shelf visibility and optimize ROI across retail media shopper marketing and consumer promotion investments. The Connected Commerce Manager also spearheads initiatives to enhance the consumer experience through compelling digital brand content and effective product page executions. This role is critical to delivering our strategies with customers and requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders media agencies and retail media networks.
What are we looking for
Bachelors degree required BS in marketing or business-related field preferred (MBA optional)
4 years of experience in retail media Shopper marketing and/or digital marketing specifically with retailer experience.
Previous experience working with and managing agency partners
Experience and knowledge of CommerceIQ Pacvue or similar platforms
Understanding how to work in a cross functional matrix organization
Experience supporting two or more diverse functions including Sales and Shopper
Microsoft Office applications. Proficient systems knowledge and experience with syndicated data (AC Nielsen / IRI / Spectra/Retail Link preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

What would be your key responsibilities
Integrated Media Strategy: participate in the development of the integrated omni-channel PESO (paid earned shared and owned) media and content strategy for all brands by providing essential input: understanding of retailers strategies analyzing consumer and competitive insights and trends to identify key opportunities and actionable recommendations
Channel & Content Deployment and Optimization: manage the e-commerce content creation process execution and optimization across our portfolio of brands for select customers.
Agency Partnership & Direction: Work with retail media agency on retail media strategy and execution for select customers. Work with shopper agency to create Shopper & Digital Commerce marketing solutions that deliver profitable sales growth for the customer. These solutions should include shopper expertise and insights across products/assortment placement and everyday shelving pricing promotions and merchandising
Connected Commerce: for assigned retailers and dComm distribution outlets deploy the NA Connected Commerce Model and Best Practices including Perfect Shelf Retail Media Social Commerce Search and Commerce Innovation Pipeline
Performance Monitoring: monitor and analyze program performance metrics and drive optimization to maximize ROI for Mars Category and Customer while efficiently communicating key findings of programs to Sales and other cross-functions
Collaboration: strong partnership with counterparts across the organization to align on goals/objectives/strategies and effectively manage relationships with internal cross-functional teams agency partners and others to execute programs.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below however base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge skills and total compensation package for this position will include variable pay medical and dental benefits participation in 401k plan and paid time off of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
