Job Summary
Rotork UK Ltd is looking for an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to become a key member of our Quality Department at our Leeds manufacturing facility. This is a highly visible hands-on role where youll play a crucial part in strengthening product quality developing robust processes and supporting our continued growth.
Youll work collaboratively across functions partnering with Operations Engineering and Suppliers to drive continuous improvement ensure compliance and embed a strong quality culture throughout the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead investigations into customer complaints concerns and internal quality issues
- Drive root cause analysis corrective and preventative actions (RCCA)
- Manage supplier quality including approvals audits and supplychain improvement
- Support part qualification and change management (PPAP / sample approval)
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 ISOCSA standards
- Conduct internal and process audits
- Manage nonconformances across customer supplier internal and audit activities
- Support continuous improvement and new product introduction (NPI) projects
- Promote quality awareness and Health & Safety across the business
Qualifications :

- Experienced Quality Engineer within a manufacturing environment
- Strong Experience of Quality System Requirements - ISO09001 & ISO80079-34
- Strong problemsolving and stakeholder engagement skills
- Confident working crossfunctionally and with suppliers
- Passionate about quality compliance and continuous improvement
