Laboratory Assistant Technical Assistant (mfd) – Bioassay Development& Validation

• Participation in the establishment optimization transfer as well as the validation of new bioassays
• Perform routine assays to determine the biological activity of biopharmaceuticals under GMP (cell-based assays ELISA and FACS)
• Aseptic work with cells in cell-based assays
• Work and documentation under GMP-compliant conditions

Qualifications :

• Completed training as a BTA/MTA/CTA/biology lab technician or equivalent with hands-on laboratory experience
• Profound experience in the field of mammalian cell culture is a requirement
• Experience in handling multichannel pipettes working in 96 well format ELISA FACS and PCR is an advantage
• Experience working under GLP/GMP is an advantage
• Computer skills as well as communication and teamwork skills
• Good knowledge of German and English
