Senior FP&A Manager Growth Initiatives(m f d)

As Senior FP&A Manager you will play a critical role in driving financial visibility performance and accountability across Omios B2C business. You will own planning forecasting and performance analysis for key business areas and act as a trusted finance business partner to senior stakeholders.

Operating in a fast-paced data-rich environment you will translate complex financial information into clear actionable insights that directly influence strategic and commercial decisions.

What Youll Do

• Own and deliver clear insightful monthly financial and management reporting for senior leadership and key stakeholders

• Lead deep-dive variance analyses and trend reviews identifying drivers risks and opportunities for growth and efficiency

• Act as a proactive finance business partner to group function leaders challenging assumptions and supporting strategic decision-making

• Drive budgeting forecasting and long-range planning processes for the B2C business

• Build and maintain robust financial models to support commercial initiatives and investment decisions

• Collaborate closely with Accounting to ensure accurate timely month-end closes and financial integrity

• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and decision support for strategic projects and executive requests

• Continuously improve FP&A processes reporting quality and analytical frameworks

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related discipline

• 5 years of experience in FP&A Controlling or a similar finance role ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment

• Strong expertise in financial modelling forecasting budgeting and performance analysis

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear commercial insights

• Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making

• Solid understanding of accounting standards and financial controls (e.g. IFRS HGB)

• Hands-on experience with financial systems and tools; Workday experience is a plus

• Strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge constructively

• Comfortable operating in a dynamic evolving environment with high ownership and accountability
