Description
We are looking for a detail-orientedWorking Student (all genders) to support our Content Operations team in maintaining and managing digital product content.
In this role you will help ensure that digital assets and product data are accurately maintained across our systems enabling smooth campaign launches and consistent product information across markets. You will work with digital experience platforms such as PIM (Product Information Management CMS (Content Management Systems) and other content tools contributing to keeping product and marketing content structured reliable and scalable.
Your work plays a key role in maintaining high data quality and supporting efficient content operations.

In this role you will support operational content processes and ensure high-quality product data across systems.

What success looks like in this role
Operational execution
- Upload digital assets to digital platforms such as PIM DAM CMS or other content systems based on defined briefs
- Clean archive and reorganize assets according to guidelines provided
- Link assets correctly within the PIM environment after DAM upload
- Edit and update product content such as descriptions specifications and attributes
- Support additional operational content tasks such ascontent updates testing or data validation activities when required
- Follow documented processes and governance rules carefully
- Maintain tracking documentation (e.g. Excel trackers for updates and changes)
- Perform peer quality checks before delivering tasks
- Identify and flag missing information or inconsistencies in briefs
- Provide updates on task progress
- Escalate blockers early to help maintain timelines
- Document recurring issues to support process improvements
What success looks like in this role
- Deliver accurate uploads and content or product data updates
- Maintain correct linking between DAM and PIM systems with zero critical errors
- Complete tasks within agreed service-level timelines (SLA)
- Handle larger batches of tasks reliably without loss of quality
- Reduce rework through thorough quality checks
- Proactively identify recurring data inconsistencies or improvement opportunities
