About your tasks:
- Support the management of suppliers by maintaining prices discounts and basic commercial conditions.
- Update and maintain product assortments in internal systems (e.g. AX) ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with website monitoring by checking pricing content and product availability.
- Support promotional activities including coordinating with suppliers setting up promotions tracking performance and handling related invoices.
- Help monitor contracts and invoices by reviewing discrepancies and acting as a point of contact between suppliers and internal teams.
Qualifications :
About You
- You have completed a commercial education / study program and gained initial experience in office management or contract administration.
- You work in a structured and reliable way and have a strong attention to detail.
- You are confident communicating in French and English.
- You are comfortable working with data and documents and enjoy keeping information accurate and up to date.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and are eager to further develop your skills.
