Job Summary
As a Data Analyst II you will partner with crossfunctional teams to deliver meaningful data insights and strengthen operational this role you will support key business processes enhance reporting capabilities and help drive continuous improvement across Risk and Authentication functions. Your work will help guide decisions through accurate data analysis automation and clear documentation. You will report to the Client Implementation Manager.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to analyze operations and deliver actionable data insights.
- Establish monitor and refine KPIs SLAs thresholds and escalation processes related to Risk and Authentication.
- Build maintain and present dashboards that support datadriven decisions.
- Develop and maintain process automations and system enhancements.
- Document process updates improvements and data flows in a clear and consistent manner.
- Review validate and analyze quantitative and qualitative data including conducting adhoc analyses and data modeling.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Math Engineering Data Science Finance or a related field.
- Analytical skills with the ability to deliver accurate work within expected timeframes.
- Hands-on experience creating SQL queries (2 years).
- Hands-on experience writing and deploying Python code (2 years).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Experience in risk and authentication methodologies including data profiling data discovery cleansing and process documentation.
