We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Communication Executive to join our dynamic team in Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua. As a key member of our marketing department you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective communication strategies that elevate our brand and drive business growth.
- Plan implement and monitor marketing and communication campaigns in line with Sofitel brand standards
- Create review and distribute marketing collaterals including brochures banners flyers and digital assets
- Manage and update content on digital platforms including the hotel website and social media channels
- Coordinate PR activities including press releases media visits influencer collaborations and photoshoots
- Support the organization and promotion of hotel events weddings F&B promotions and seasonal campaigns
- Collaborate with Sales Revenue Events and Operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Maintain relationships with external agencies and vendors ensuring timely delivery of projects
- Monitor and report on campaign performance marketing ROI and social media engagement
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications adhere to Sofitel and Accor brand guidelines
- Assist in purchase requisitions and documentation related to marketing activities
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Public Relations or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing communications or brand management preferably in hospitality or luxury brands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong digital marketing knowledge and social media management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with design tools (Canva Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
- Strong organizational planning and time-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with a good understanding of branding and visual aesthetics
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
