Acting as a strategic partner to senior management the role delivers insights and recommendations that inform business planning and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities:
Sales Force Effectiveness & In-Field Team Excellence:
- Support the affiliates Sales Force Effectiveness and In-Field Team Excellence capabilities.
- Manage In-Field Team Excellence projects by identifying insights and supporting the design deployment and cycle management of processes and tools.
- Ensure timely implementation of IFT methodologies in line with global guidelines.
- Define monitor and analyze IFT KPIs; provide clear data-driven recommendations to business stakeholders.
Business Analytics:
- Lead Business Analytics initiatives supporting Brand Teams and In-Field Teams.
- Deliver actionable insights that support brand strategy execution and performance management.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous improvement across functions.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to senior management by translating data into business recommendations.
- Leverage strong knowledge of CRM systems and digital tools to support effective execution by Brand Teams and In-Field Teams.
- Maximize adoption of digital channels by IFTs by providing guidance learning paths and best practices.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Project Management & Collaboration:
- Manage key ad-hoc and strategic projects related to Sales Force Effectiveness analytics and IFT Excellence.
- Work closely with Business Technology Solutions to secure effective analytical and digital tools supporting Brand Team and IFT objectives.
- Cooperate cross-country to identify best practices and translate them into improvements for the Polish affiliate.
Qualifications :
Education
- Bachelors degree or equivalent preferably in Business Analytics Digital or IT-related disciplines (e.g. Business Analytics Information Technology Digital Transformation).
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness Business Analytics CRM usage or digital enablement roles.
- Experience working with Brand Teams and/or In-Field Teams.
- Proven experience in leading projects and influencing stakeholders.
- Experience in mentoring or leading analysts/specialists is a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Power BI) and CRM systems ().
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in English good local language.
- Proactive structured and able to work independently.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
