Job Summary
- Room Patients triage obtain/document medical history and chief complaint in EMR
- Document Allergies and Medications and Obtain Informed consent from patients
- Scribe and assist provider during exams and procedures
- Assist skin cancer surgeries medical procedures and cosmetic procedures
- Prescription management
- Patient call backs with pathology results/Schedule excisions
- Prior Authorizations and Biologics
- Clean and restock exam rooms/assist with inventory
- Sterilize Instruments
- Assist with any administrative duties such as answering the phone patient questions and scheduling
Qualifications :
- 1 year(s) of Medical Assistant experience (Required)
- EMR experience (Required)
- Dermatology experience (Preferred)
- Front desk experience (Preferred)
- We welcome future PA / Medical student candidates needing clinical hours for a gap year or more.
Job Type:
- Full-time Monday- Friday
- Opportunity to assist Mohs surgeon
Experience:
