Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician Assistant First Assist to join our Vascular Surgery Specialists team in Fort Worth. This is a full-time position supporting advanced heart and vascular care with a primary focus on assisting in the OR including vein harvesting and other surgical ideal candidate must have prior operating room experience preferably with vein harvesting and a strong interest in cardiology and vascular surgery. You will play a vital role in delivering minimally invasive treatments and surgical therapies in a high-volume collaborative and patient-centered Responsibilities:First assist in vascular and cardiology surgeriesPerform vein harvesting proceduresProvide pre-operative and post-operative patient careCollaborate with surgeons physicians and clinical teams to ensure optimal outcomesSupport inpatient and outpatient care patient education and follow-upParticipate in clinical rounds and documentationCompensation based on experienceBenefitsOur benefits are designed to help you live well no matter where you are on your journey.
