Job Summary
YOUR JOB:
Youll be performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting issues on manual and electronically controlled equipment as well as other facility structures/systems in a heavy metal fabrication environment. This is a 2nd shift position and training will be provided to help you grow your skills.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with routine preventative maintenance on equipment
- Help troubleshoot and repair machinery and facility systems
- Work with experienced technicians to learn best practices and procedures
- Perform basic inspection and repair of physical plant
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Some maintenance mechanical or industrial experience preferred but not required
Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
. Basic electrical knowledge is a plus but not required
. Strong work ethic and ability to work safely in an industrial environment
YOUR COMPENSATION BENEFITS AND PERKS:
This position has a wage range of $20.00-$25.50 per hour plus differential. Youll be eligible for our Gainsharing bonus program after 90 days.
