Maintenance Technician
Location: Fort Wayne IN
Pay: $35.00/hr while training and increasing to $36.25/hr on nights.
Paid weekly.
Shift: Nights 2-2-3 schedule (5:45pm6:15am). Overtime may be required.
Benefits Start: Day 1

Job Responsibilities
Troubleshoot repair and maintain production equipment including conveyors and robotics
Work with mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Diagnose and repair issues with PLCs VFDs and high-voltage circuits
Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment uptime
Read and interpret schematics manuals and work orders
Operate shop tools as needed (lathe milling machine drill press grinder saws etc.)
Follow all safety standards including LOTO and PPE requirements
Additional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesQualifications
Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong mechanical and electrical repair knowledge
Experience with hydraulics pneumatics PLCs and high-voltage systems
Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals schematics and work orders
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Must be able to wear required PPE
