Responsibilities

Your Role as a Customer Service Specialist


As a Customer Service Specialist you will be a trusted point of contact for our retail customers ensuring they receive expert guidance and a seamless experience. You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships in an industry that values trust and expertise. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain international experience and contribute to an established global team with the possibility of extension.

Your Key Responsibilities:


- Engage with customers worldwide via email phone and live chat in English Italian and/or Spanish and ideally German.
- Advise and assistcustomers with product information orders and account management.
- Resolve inquiries efficiently ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining high service standards.
- Identify customer needsand offer tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with a multicultural teamto streamline processes and improve customer service strategies.
- Support innovationby sharing insights that help refine and optimize service offerings.

Qualifications

- Languages: Strong English & Italian skills needed for this role; Spanish German and/or French is a plus.
