We Offer

This role supports the organisation by delivering structured data-driven Compensation & Benefits and People Operations across the employee lifecycle. The position focuses on HR analytics rewards administration employee data management and HR documentation ensuring accuracy compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding through to employee exit processes.

  • Prepare and administer employee-related documentation including transfer letters salary adjustment letters and termination letters.

  • Administer annual salary review processes allowances and reward programmes in line with company policies and guidelines.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in Workday ensuring data integrity and compliance at all times.

  • Deliver HR analytics workforce insights and people cost reporting to support informed decision-making.

  • Support employee-related costing activities and contribute to workforce planning insights.

  • Drive continuous improvement and automation of HR processes enhancing efficiency accuracy and data quality.

  • Apply established HR policies and procedures escalating complex or non-routine matters where appropriate.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Mathematics Statistics or related disciplines.

  • Strong interest or experience in Compensation & Benefits operations HR analytics or people data management.

  • Experience working with HRIS systems preferably Workday with a strong focus on data accuracy.

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail and data integrity.

  • Ability to work independently while adhering to established policies and processes.

  • Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
