YOUR MISSION: You will be responsible for building managing and growing relationships with top restaurant partners acting as a trusted consultant to drive their success. Youll use data-driven insights industry knowledge and cross-functional collaboration with other teams to optimize partnerships and maximize business impact.

THE RIDE:

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with restaurant Partners through consistent and proactive communication.
  • Understand Partners business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support.
  • Manipulate and analyse data to drive operational excellence growth and profitability both for your Partners and for Glovo.
  • Drive rapid revenue growth through smart promotions high-impact marketing activations and menu optimization.
  • Take ownership of partner revenue performance driving measurable growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customised solutions to meet Partners needs including Marketing Operations Finance and Customer Service.
  • Take full ownership of the partner onboarding process in the App from store setup to supporting their first days on Glovo with a focus on operations marketing and sales.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE:

  • 1 years of experience in high-performance account management or business consultancy. Preferably in FMCG food-hospitality or on-demand delivery industry.
  • Bachelor in Business Administration Marketing Industrial Engineering or is a plus.
  • Youre motivated by pursuing ambitious goals with timely execution and a proven track record of exceeding KPIs is a definite advantage
  • Problem solver data-driven with an analytical approach based on details.
  • You are a highly organized proactive individual with strong time management and prioritization skills eager to engage in both strategic planning and hands-on execution to drive results.
  • Good knowledge of internal tools such as Google suite. Salesforce is a plus.
  • Native level of Italianis required as proficiency in English.
