As a Product Manager you will have the opportunity to collaborate with outstanding colleagues who share a passion for innovation and flawless execution.

What Youll Do

Define product strategy for the Complete integration GBT has embarked on with SAP Concur.
Lead the delivery and lifecycle of technology from design to marketing and ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive and client landscape
Partner with business unit customers IT technology and support staff Security & Risk management external clients and vendors to define and maintain the overall product portfolio
Project manage the development of products business centric SLAs and support client needs
Coordinate with technical engineering and vendor teams to groom product needs into technical requirements lead development and deliver product
Create and maintain comprehensive product and process documentation
Maintain strong relationship with stakeholders vendors and operational support teams to ensure products receive excellent support as needed to resolve product lead issues
Define and supervise performance metrics for products

What Were Looking For

Bachelors degree in business Computer Science Engineering or related experience will be considered
MBA a plus
5 years travel technology product management delivering global product offerings
Demonstrated experience in product lifecycle management and project management
Familiarity with technical architecture of scalable systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of both automated and manual testing techniques
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambitious environment
Strong understanding of the travel distribution systems (GDS Amadeus Travel port)
Familiarity with travel management systems (Insert specific requirements) travel e-commerce OLTA OBT and non GDS APIs
