This dual-focus role empowers you to shape the visual identity and user experience of a platform redefining employee engagement. You will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and functional product design ensuring a seamless journey across all touchpoints. What you will do:

Execute end-to-end UX/UI projects from wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and final implementation.
Elevate the brand identity through high-impact motion design and visual assets for marketing and product.
Partner closely with product and engineering teams to ensure design excellence throughout the development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate:

Proven experience designing for B2B tech startups with a portfolio showcasing both brand and product work.
Proficiency in motion design tools and a deep understanding of interactive design principles.
Ability to work from a Central London office 5 days a week to foster deep team collaboration.
