The Role
Contract Administrator based on Site managing all downstream and upstream commercial and contractual requirements.
The role will form a key part of the delivery team for a 3-stage retirement living apartment project in the southern suburbs of Brisbane. The first stage is circa 60 apartments across 2 building with a build value of around $40m. There will be two other stages of similar size and scope to roll on to.
The Role
As the Contract Administrator you will join an existing team of high calibre talent. The current team is made up of a Senior Project Manager Site Manager 3 Site Supervisors HSEQ.
You will work closely with the Senior Project Manager and Site Manager. You will be responsible for procurement of trades cost reporting management of processing progress claims and variations for both sub-contractors and up stream.
