Job Summary

We are a plumbing fixture supplier specializing in toilets vanities shower trims faucets and related fixtures. We are looking for an experienced Estimator to manage fixture takeoffs pricing and value engineering (VE) for both residential and commercial construction projects.

This role requires a highly detail-oriented and cost-conscious professional who can think creatively and propose smart alternative solutions that maintain design intent while reducing overall project costs.

Key Responsibilities

Perform fixture takeoffs from architectural plumbing and design drawings
Prepare and submit accurate timely quotes for customers
Develop effective Value Engineering (VE) alternatives including:
Equivalent or improved product options
Cost-effective substitutions
Creative fixture packages that meet project specifications and budgets
Re-quote projects based on design revisions or VE changes
Coordinate with sales and project teams to optimize pricing and product selection
Maintain organized records of quotes alternates revisions and approvals

What Were Looking For

Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Creative mindset with the ability to propose smart VE solutionsnot just price matching
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple quotes simultaneously
Excellent attention to detail and pricing accuracy

Big Plus If You Have

Hands-on experience with plumbing fixtures (toilets faucets vanities trims etc.)
Experience working with developers general contractors or plumbing contractors
Familiarity with major fixture brands and equivalent substitutions
Previous estimating procurement or construction pricing experience
