Your role and responsibilities
As a Homes for Ukraine Project Officer youll travel across Suffolk visiting Ukrainian guests and hosts assessing needs making referrals signposting and offering support. Youll manage a caseload create housing plans and follow up with Ukrainians moving to independent accommodation. Youll respond to queries from guests hosts and organisations and support project work across the directorate.

Youll also engage and support public sector partners develop contacts and relationships with colleagues and partners plan and manage projects facilitate relationships and contribute to reports and data analysis. Youll be a role model for Suffolk County Councils WEASPIRE values.

Youll join the Inclusion Homes for Ukraine Team within the Public Health and Communities directorate whose mission is to work in partnership to build the foundations for Healthy People Healthy Places and Healthy Futures and safer stronger more resilient communities in Suffolk.
