You will join a scaling fintech firm on a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead design within the critical treasury domain. By partnering with product and engineering teams you will craft seamless experiences for funding and managing accounts on a massive scale balancing complex operational workflows with user-centric design to improve global financial infrastructure.

What you will do:

Own the design strategy for the treasury domain shaping how users interact with funding and account management systems.
Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to navigate technical constraints and deliver high-quality production-ready designs.
Evangelize design best practices across the organization to raise the bar for craft quality and customer-centricity.

The ideal candidate:

Proven experience as a Product Designer within the fintech or payments sector showcasing a high level of visual craft.
Strong ability to manage end-to-end design processes from initial discovery and user empathy to technical delivery.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced evolving environments where you can embrace ambiguity and help define design culture.
