Job Summary

What youll work on

Design and implement low-latency high-throughput C services used in real-time environments
Build multithreaded systems that process large volumes of events with predictable performance
Optimize memory usage CPU cache behavior and lock contention
Debug production issues using core dumps perf valgrind and flame graphs
Collaborate with quant trading or platform teams to turn complex requirements into efficient systems

What were looking for

Strong modern C (C14/17/20) experience in production systems
Solid understanding of multithreading lock-free programming and concurrency primitives
Experience tuning performance on Linux (scheduler behavior NUMA memory allocators)
Comfortable reasoning about data structures algorithms and system trade-offs
Experience with networking (TCP/UDP) messaging or real-time data flows is a big plus
