About the Role
Our client a leader in the consumer electronics industry is looking for Italian-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join their remote team in Greece. This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer support while working in a dynamic collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
You will interact with customers via phone email and chat helping them resolve product issues troubleshooting and warranty claims all while ensuring a positive and professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone email and chat.
- Assist customers with consumer electronics product issues troubleshooting and warranty claims.
- Deliver accurate information about products and services to guide customer purchasing decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to escalate issues as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training and feedback sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills.
Requirements
- Italian (C2) Native-level fluency.
- English (B2) Intermediate communication skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Customer-focused and proactive problem solver.
- Team player with accountability for individual responsibilities.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Mandatory documents: EU Citizenship Full-purpose or Specific-purpose Work Permit or Certificate of Protection (refugees). Birth certificate required.
Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary: 1045.72 gross/month
- Monthly Performance Bonus: Up to 150
- Paid Training: 11 full working days
- Salary Progression:
- 1100 after 12 months
- 1150 after 3 years
Relocation Support:
- Option 1: Flight hotel stay real estate agency fee covered
- Option 2: 250 relocation allowance agency fee (for independent relocation)
