Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Agent you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers via multiple channels. The role requires strong communication skills problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone email and/or chat
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
Escalate complex cases when necessary following internal procedures
Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in all interactions
Meet quality productivity and performance targets

Requirements:

Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Basic technical skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
EU citizenship or valid right to work in Greece
