IT Consultant Integrity and Law Operations

Location: BGC Taguig

Job Description:

• Project Management: Effective steering and managing complex and strategic Integrity and Law IT projects throughout the entire project lifecycle; Plan execute and deliver high-quality project outcomes on time and within budget
• Service Management: Accountable for the overall service delivery for respective services; Coordinate with external partners to manage application lifecycle and support; License management; Hierarchical point of escalation
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Fosters cross-functional collaboration with divisional IT departments and Key User groups to jointly develop and implement strategic solutions.
• Application Provisioning & IT Systems Oversight: Lead end-to-end application provisioning and coordinated cross-functional teams for seamless infrastructure integration; Ensures availability performance and compliance of IT business systems supporting Integrity and Law (e.g. CORE Asterix Compliance Hotline) while optimizing operational costs.
• IT Business Consulting: Provides expert guidance to the business management and Key User teams on IT strategies and solutions to drive competitive advantage IT Governance Policies & Standards: Implements and continuously improve IT best practices including project management portfolio management and service management; Ensures adherence to the companys IT standards asset management protocols and security controls.
• IT Sourcing & Vendor Management: Evaluated and selected suppliers leading contract negotiations in coordination with IT Purchasing and in compliance with the companys sourcroning policies.; Actively managed external service providers to ensure high-quality cost-effective global service delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Information & Communication Technology or a related discipline
• 2 to 3 years of professional experience in IT project implementation
• Successful track record managing international projects with budgets exceeding 200000
• Experience in leading teams or initiatives without disciplinary authority
• Strong background in working with international and cross-cultural teams
