Molding Technician (Mold Mechanic) at our Champaign IL manufacturing this hands-on role youll maintain repair and optimize high-speed molding machinery to ensure efficient production of food and beverage packaging components. What We Offer:
Pay range $29.21 - $32.32 per hour
Sign-on bonus $1000.00
Schedule: 2-2-3 with every other weekend off Friday - Sunday
Hours: 12-hour night 5:45 pm 6:00 am
Weekly pay with opportunities for overtime

What You Will Do:
Set up process and troubleshoot molding machinery and auxiliary equipment
Perform preventative maintenance per schedule to maximize uptime and product quality
Ensure parts meet all quality and safety requirements
Monitor and maintain chiller and production system performance
Communicate effectively with production maintenance and management teams
Maintain accurate documentation according to GMP HACCP and Food Safety standards
Promote a culture of safety reliability and teamwork
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
What Youll Need:
High school diploma or GED required
2 years of experience as a molding technician mold mechanic or related maintenance role
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
