Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor ATP
Position Title: Maintenance Supervisor Location: ATP Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Overview
ATP is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations ensure equipment reliability and support continuous improvement across the facility. This role requires strong leadership technical expertise and the ability to coordinate a team in a fastpaced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct maintenance technicians during daily operations
- Plan schedule and prioritize maintenance activities to minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment
- Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance programs are followed
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs work orders and equipment records
- Coordinate with production and safety teams to support operational goals
- Train and mentor maintenance staff to improve skill levels and performance
- Monitor inventory of tools parts and supplies
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Experience supervising a maintenance team
- Strong knowledge of mechanical electrical and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals schematics and diagrams
- Proven ability to lead coach and develop team members
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Experience in an industrial manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Must have PPE and adhere to all safety requirements
