Job Summary

JOB SUMMARY

Were seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to accelerate the delivery of both internal tools and customer-facing this role you will design build and operate backend services with a strong focus on reliability performance and developer experience. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams taking ownership of critical systems while shaping technical standards and ensuring operational excellence. Our stack includes TypeScript REST APIs Docker Kubernetes Prometheus and Grafana.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

5 years of backend service development experience with 3 years working in TypeScript/
Fluency with relational databases and SQL
Proven ability to ship production systems with high uptime and minimal maintenance burden
Strong commitment to clean code principles and automated testing
Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating in remote asynchronous teams
Deep understanding of API design versioning documentation and modern authentication patterns
Remote - Based in EST or CST timezone
Wallet infrastructure experience prefrred.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in fast-paced high-growth startup environments
Familiarity with performance profiling latency reduction and service-level adherence
Background in designing and operating event-driven architectures
Expertise in Docker Kubernetes Prometheus and Grafana
Experience integrating or interacting with blockchain node software (e.g. geth Solana validators)
Passion for building internal tools that improve developer productivity and operational efficiency
