Location: Swansea
Hours: Full-time 4-day working week
Weekends: 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (sole charge)

The Role

This is a permanent Veterinary Surgeon position in a genuinely independent practice with a balanced and realistic workload. Surgical cases are shared across the team during the week meaning no one is overloaded and standards stay high.

Your week will be a healthy mix of consulting and surgery with enough structure to feel in control and enough variety to keep things interesting.
