The Vet Office is recruiting on behalf of a friendly multi-vet small animal practice in Peterborough Cambridgeshire which is looking for an inspiring Lead Veterinary Surgeon to support guide and develop its dedicated clinical team.

The Practice
The practice has a loyal client base and offers a varied caseload with scope for a medical bias supported by modern facilities including:
You will be working within a close-knit and collaborative team focused on delivering high-quality patient care and continuity for clients.
The Role

Full-time role working 4 days per week

1 in 6 Saturdays at a nearby sister practice

No on-call duties

Flexible rota designed to support a healthy worklife balance
This role provides real scope to influence clinical standards mentor colleagues and help shape the future direction of the practice.
