Role Overview
You will provide B2B support to advertisers helping them resolve issues related to digital advertising products and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify opportunities to improve service quality and advertiser experience

Handle end-to-end product troubleshooting via email and chat
-
Resolve generic technical and product-related queries
-
Collaborate closely with internal Product Operations and Engineering teams
-
Drive customer satisfaction and service quality across the full case journey
-
Meet service level agreements and productivity targets
-
Partner with technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features and common issues
Requirements
-
Spanish: Fluent / native level
-
English: Good working proficiency
-
Interest in digital marketing and online advertising
-
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
-
Comfortable working on-site and in rotating shifts
-
B2B or customer support experience is a plus
