Job Overview
The Wellness Programme and Client Development Specialist will design and implement holistic wellness programmes while driving sales growth. The role requires expertise in holistic medicine spa therapies and client relationship management to enhance customer experience and meet revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Programme Development:
- Design and propose customized wellness programmes (e.g. detox stress management anti-aging Drip Spa therapy etc).
- Client Engagement & Sales:
- Identify client needs and recommend tailored wellness solutions.
- Achieve sales targets through consultations and package promotions.
- Operations & Management:
- Oversee programme execution ensuring service quality and compliance.
- Train staff on wellness protocols and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Experience: 3 years in holistic medicine spa or wellness industries.
- Skills:
- Strong sales and client relationship management.
- Knowledge of alternative therapies and wellness trends.
- Basic operational/financial management (budgets KPIs).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Target-driven with a passion for holistic health.
- Training in advanced wellness modalities.
- Customer conversion and retention rate.
